In 2019, the Congress partnered with Caras con Causa to serve the communities surrounding San Juan Puerto Rico. Charlotte interviewed Luis Javier Villanueva (a student delegate and student at Escuela Rosalina Caraballo Martinez, the focus of their service day) and many volunteers about education and the future of Puerto Rico.
